Though we hope you enjoy our Panther Martin fishing lures you have purchased, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at www.panthermartin.ca
You may return items to www.panthermartin.ca, for any reason, for a full refund. Any returned item must be in the original packaging.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. You must obtain a Return Authorization number by contacting one of our friendly staff members by email; info@panthermartin.ca or by phone 1-888-512-9999.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item must be prepaid by you.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will reimburse the full order amount and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We must pre-approve the return based on pictures of the defective item or the incorrect item shipped.
